Hollyscoop caught up with Enrique Iglesias and Flo Rida as they performed at iHeartRadio's Ultimate Pool Party at Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. The two talked about doing what they do, and then doing it with the one and only, Jennifer Lopez.
Speaking to Hollyscoop, Iglesias revealed that he and JLo are indeed planning to release a duet single, but they are currently focusing all their efforts on their tour.
“It’s completely different styles, and that's what makes it interesting working with her -- because her show is one type of show, and mine is another type, but together it should be a lot of fun,” says Iglesias.
“To me she is obviously amazingly talented, charismatic, a work-a-holic… so she always wants to work more more and more.”
So what’s his take on the Latin diva? “She is extremely intelligent and she is easy to get along with.”
Iglesias says that after this tour, he plans on working less and spend some time in Miami where he lives, “This is where I go to sit on my couch and watch TV.”
But he doesn’t plan on sitting around for long. His pending vacation will include studio time, “I'll be in the studio, but for me being in the studio is a little bit of a break.”
For him, doing what he loves isn’t just a day job, “Its not work, I'm very fortunate.”
Another man who clearly loves what he does, Flo Rida who told us he was “the life of the party,” spent some time talking about his new album.
Featuring Lil' Wayne, LMFAO, the late, great Etta James and of course, Jennifer Lopez, Flo assures us that “it’s a wild time.”
So what’s his take on the time he spent with JLo recording tracks for both his new release and her album as well? It was “a dream collaboration, she is an icon.”
iHeartRadio, Clear Channel's digital streaming service, recorded the concert and tracks from both of these artists are available for a listen on their site.
