The man believed to be responsible for the death of Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother is currently in custody, but her nephew is still missing.

William Balfour who is Julia(Jennifer Hudson's sisters) husband is in police custody, but is refusing to speak.

Police spokesperson, Monique Bond says that the police are talking to "a number of people in custody."

Many believe that the murders happened because of a dispute of a car that William Balfour sold.
