Jennifer Hudson Gives Birth!

Congratulations to Jennifer Hudson and her fiancé David Otunga, who have just welcomed a baby boy!

According to Showbiz411.com, his name is David Daniel Jr., named after his father. He reportedly weighs seven pounds, fourteen ounces.

Jennifer and David didn’t know the sex of the baby prior to his birth, and she never officially announced her pregnancy either! Jennifer just kept mum on the subject as her stomach grew and grew. It was especially noticeable at Michael Jackson’s memorial in LA last month.

What a year Jennifer has had, with the tragic deaths of her family members. Hopefully this means the beginning of a new chapter, with her new baby boy, and upcoming marriage to David Otunga.

Jennifer's friends had previously spoken out about her pregnancy stating that she would be a great mother and the baby will definitely help overcome the tragedy.

Her 'Dreamgirls' co-star Anika Noni Rose said: "I just hope that a baby will bring her joy each day and the ability to come back to her wonderful self.

"It's been a harrowing year for her and I hope that she finds comfort, joy and support and that she can move forward with her new baby."

Anika added: "Jennifer will be a great, amazing and loving mom. Having seen her with babies myself, that baby of hers is going to have a good time and be much loved. She loves babies and now that she going to be a mother herself this experience is going to be fun and rewarding for her. She will have no problems taking on the responsibilities."

Congrats to the happy couple!

Congrats to her, but too bad she had a baby with a reality star loser.
