Outspoken DJ Howard Stern insists that Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner are making his life a living hell.
Howard lives in the same building as the couple and is furious over the paparazzi attention they're getting.
Howard says, "It's unbelievable. Now I know why co-ops block famous people from getting into buildings."
The couple is renting the swanky Upper West Side apartment while Garner completes her Broadway run of 'Cyrano De Bergerac.'
