American actress Jennifer Garner was born on April 17, 1972 in Houston, Texas. After graduating from Denison University in 1994, she moved to New York to pursue acting. Jennifer had a recurring role in the television series Felicity. Garner appeared in Pearl Harbor and Dude, Where's My Car in 2001.
Later that year, Jennifer landed the lead role in the ABC television series Alias. Garner earned a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild award for her work on the show. Capitalizing on the success of Alias, Jennifer appeared in several films including Catch Me If You Can, Daredevil and 13 Going on 30. Most recently, Jennifer appeared in The Kingdom and Juno.
Jennifer married actor Ben Affleck in June 2005. In December of that year, the couple welcomed daughter Violet Anne. Garner was previously married to actor Scott Foley. The two divorced in 2004. She is expecting her second child in late 2008.
