Vince Vaughn Talks About Aniston

They may have broken up over a year ago, but Vince Vaughn says him and his 'The Break-Up' co-star Jennifer Aniston are still close friends. Surrrreee.

“I have such a great friendship with Jennifer,” the actor, 37, confesses to Parade, out January 13. “I still talk to her constantly. I have a real, genuine connection with Jen.”

When asked what went wrong with their very public relationship, Vaughn said, “People date, and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn’t.”

Boooo! That was a boring answer! Anywho, while Vince remains single, Jennifer is now reportedly dating 'SATC' hunk Jason Lewis.

They broke up because Vince wasn't ready to stop acting like an ass and get serious. It sucks for Vince because he might never find anyone who could be as good for him as her but facts are facts. His loss and she's moved on.

They were never a couple, it was all an ambiguous act for tabloids, to promote the movie. They were friends, that is why they still are friends, nothing changed. The whole romance thing was invented that is why HE HAS TO TALK IN AMBIGUITIES OR GENERALITIES ABOUT IT. Fact is Vince doesn’t date women, ever. He is in the closet and studios cant sell gay to middle America. She just wanted the tabloids off her back so they faked it all up after intense pressure. He was producing and they both knew would make extra money with this kind of publicity and she would finally get the box office hit she needed, after he last 3 films didn’t get the success they deserved.

Enough with the tabloid crap for a moment. It's pathetic the way people really think that Jen & Vince needed to play "make believe" to sell a movie! Yeah this movie came out right after Vince's Wedding Crashers, I highly doubt the studio was in a panic about this movie taking off. Everyone said the same stuff about Tom & Katie. "tom was jumping on couches to promote his new movie", blah blah blah. Of course people are going to be more curious about the movie since they know this couple became an item during the filming of it. Similar to Jolie & Pitt with MAMS. Really think people went to see that b/c they're great actors? NO! They went to see what all they hype was about and to check out the chemistry betw the two! Everyone wanted to check out if Brad's cheating started during the movie. ANON,you're clueless...as is the rest of the nay sayers.

To Bogus Pr & Wake up K: and what's your point? That Jen & vince sold their souls for a year just to get their movie off the ground? It's no big secret that Hollywood is all about the money but it still doesn't prove that people pretend to sleep with each other just to be a box office hit! Is that the same reason Pitt started his affair with Jolie?.... to make sure MAMS went straight to the top considering TROY sucked as well as Jolie's handful of bombs. If you're gonna point the finger at men in the closet then add Mr. Pitt to that list. Atleast Vince looks like a man, Pitt looks like some metrosexual ass. Maybe his midlife crisis if lingering because he's still living a lie. Oh and that's right, doesn't everyone think Tom Cruise is gay too - despite his many marriages and girlfriends? Ever hear of getting a divorce and wanting personal space to deal with issues while media outlets ignore your movies and want to know about your personal life, while you don't want to date anyone ? not sexy is it ? not a great way to sell a movie. SO they acted, because they are friends.

Sorta how Jolie adopted a 3rd child and had a biological one all within a year, probably just to repair her negative image and so the public would see her in a loving light as a mother and NOT as slut who seduces married men. It is well known in Hollywood that Vince is gay. One of his partners is the awful comic, Ahmed Ahmed. He's not coming out anytime soon. It would be disastrous for his career. I've heard the gossip from several reliable sources.
