Hollyscoop has rounded up our ten favorite celebrity beach bodies, and we’ve also spoken to some celebs to get their tips for looking good while frolicking half naked.
Let’s face it, most of us aren’t going to look like a Victoria’s Secret model without living in the gym and/or undergoing copious amounts of plastic surgery, but by following some of our celebrity tips, we can all show off our best bikini bodies this Summer!
Brooklyn Decker: Brooklyn showed off her goods in the romantic comedy Just Go With It. Sports Illustrated called her “A perfect 10”. Which is coincidentally also the number of calories you can eat daily if you want to get a stomach that flat. So what’s Brooklyn’s diet consist of?
“For breakfast, I usually have Greek yogurt and lots of berries or an egg-white omelet," Decker says, adding that at lunch and dinner, she usually has chicken and veggies.
Halle Berry: Halle Berry has managed to have a child ripped from her loins and still look better than most of us who have never even thought about having a kid. Berry has been a long time devotee to the “Five Factor Diet”, a regimen that includes five elements each meal should have: protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber, fat, and fluids. Another factor is that the meals shouldn’t have more than five ingredients or take more than five minutes of prep time. It also consists of a five day-exercise plan that consists of five exercises that take five minutes each. So if you’re not good at remembering more than one number, this diet is for you.
Alessandra Ambrosio: There’s a reason this Brazilian beauty became the face of Victoria’s Secret. Hollyscoop asked Ambrosio how she stays in shape, and she told us, “I like eating lighter in the summer. Lots of salads and vegetables. It makes you feel good through the day. As a beauty tip, sun block everyday.”
Fergie: If you’ve ever heard Fergalicious--and you know you have—you know the pop star spends a lot of time in the gym. Fergie’s body is damn near perfect. But she has an interesting trick to limit her calories, too. “I'm not going to lie: There are times I play mind tricks on myself, like that the French fries are poison," Depending on where you get them, some French fries actually are poison.
Jennifer Aniston: If this is what being a spinster looks like, sign me up and send over my twenty cats! Jennifer Aniston is a consistent bikini favorite, and over the years, her body has somehow maintained its resiliency, defying the laws of both nature and gravity. To keep her body long and lean, Aniston does 4-5 hours of yoga per week.
Rihanna: It’s hard to believe this bikini babe ever feels less than smokin’ hot, but Rihanna has admitted, “I have an ugly day every month; pimples on my face, I’m fat, and in a bad mood. It’s more like an ugly week!” Rihanna is also less than impressed with the diet she needs to maintain to keep looking good. “I hate vegetables. I hate anything healthy, but if you want the results you’ve got to do it. I haven’t even been drinking alcohol with dinner since I’ve been with this diet.”
Audrina Patridge: Audrina began her career as a model, and we can see why. And if her mom’s body is any indication, she has nothing to worry about. Audrina shared with Hollyscoop her key to staying fit:
“I'm very active. Now that it's a little warmer out, I like to get out. I hate going to the gym, I like being outside. Everything from volleyball to pilates to dancing to swimming, surfing -- trying to surf. Anything where you can go outside and have fun.”
Demi Moore: I don’t know how the hell Demi Moore is forty-eight, but no matter how old she is, the woman has the body of a twenty-five year old. Moore has been known to experiment with bizarre diets, including the “Master Cleanse”, which involves eating nothing but lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup.
Miranda Kerr: It hardly seems fair to have two Victoria’s Secret models on this list, but Miranda Kerr has earned it. Since her body is her career, she spends a ton of time in the gym—it’s basically her office. Miranda told Hollyscoop, “ I wake up in the morning and have some fresh green juice then some oatmeal, it depends how I’m feeling. Some blueberries. I make sure that I’m feeling good and fed well. I also do some Yoga as well.”
Jessica Biel: The list wouldn’t be complete without the undeniably hot Jessica Biel. Justin must have really wanted out of that relationship. Regarding her workout routine, Biel says, “It keeps me very…clearheaded, and it helps me to refresh.”
