Like the rest of us, she probably saw Angelina's leg thing and just wanted to put her hand on her shoulder and say, "oh, honey."
"Brad Pitt sent Jen a copy of Ange's new film, 'In the Land of Blood and Honey,'" the source told Now magazine. "Jen sent Ange flowers and a note telling her how beautifully directed it was. It's a sign that things are thawing between them."
The source adds that Jen harbors no resentment toward Angelina, especially now that she has a new man (who isn't John Mayer).
“Jen's so happy she thinks all her past heartbreak might have been worth it for her to have what she does now," the source continued.
Meanwhile, Angelina says she didn’t know she wanted to have so many kids until she met Brad. Can't blame her for that one.
“I knew I didn’t want to raise a large family on my own," Angelina said. "At first I was thinking of adopting two children, but I wasn't sure."
She continued: "But when Brad came into my life and I came to know him, I discovered that he loved being a father and wanted to build a family with me. I didn’t plan on having twins either!”
And like anyone, Angelina finds a lot to appreciate about Brad.
“When we first met I appreciated how caring, sexy and how great a friend he was to me. But I also fell in love with the man who was a very loving father and how much he enjoys spending time with the children."
