Jennifer Aniston Opening Mexican Restaurant

Jennifer Aniston will soon be able to add restaurant owner to her already impressive resume.

Aniston has big plans for 2010. The actress is planning on opening her own Mexican restaurant in the big apple.

“If all goes well I hope to open a Mexican restaurant in New York City in 2010,” Aniston told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper.

“I love Mexican food. I’ll mingle with customers and be a guest waitress.”

Rumors of her opening her own restaurant started back in July. “Jennifer is really passionate about cooking,” a source said at the time. “She recently had a new kitchen fitted and she loves it.

Eva Longoria also owns a Mexican American restaurant in Los Angeles, Beso, and she's often seen at the restaurant mingling with guests. It's actually become a great place to do some celeb spotting!
