Jennifer Aniston Gives Favorite Restaurant Employee a Movie Role

Just when you couldn’t sincerely like Jennifer Aniston any more, she goes and makes someone’s dreams come true when you’re not looking.

For years, Jennifer has been frequenting the Tower Bar inside the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, and not only is it one of her favorite joints in the city, it also employs her favorite maitre d’, Dimitri Dimitrov.

That’s why she’s paying it forward and has requested Dimitri be cast in the role of one in her latest comedy Squirrels to the Nuts, E! News has learned.

Dimitri was flown out to New York for three days to shoot the role, a source told the station, because Jennifer wanted no other person but him for the part.

“He creates this little pocket of safety,” the actress told the New York Times in 2011 of Dimitri, who's something of a star for his very discreet professionalism within the A-list acting community, “a haven where you know you’re not getting sold out by the waiter, a patron, or the valet guy.”

Just one of the perks of being friends with Jennifer: part-time acting gigs on the side.
