Another day, another Jennifer Aniston comedy. She’s rumored to be reteaming up with Jason Bateman for a new comedy called Horrible Bosses. This movie has been in the works for years, and now New Line is trying to get some star power.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the film is about three best friends who, frustrated by their jobs, come to the conclusion the only solution is to kill one another's bosses.
Jen would play an aggressive dentist who hits on a man who is always in the wrong place at the wrong time, played by Charlie Day from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Bateman is a man who gets down on his luck when he doesn’t get a promotion, despite his hard work.
Colin Farrell is also in negotiations to join the film, as well as Jamie Foxx. A source tells JustJared, “There will be at least two other big announcements in the next few weeks regarding other roles."
The cast sounds great, and it seems like that was the reason it took so long to get greenlit. Can this finally be the comedy Jen has needed to re-boost her career? Stay tuned!
