I Guess She Was Telling The Truth

This is the first time Jennifer Aniston made a public appearance since her alleged “nose job.” First off, it really doesn’t look like she got a nose job so it might have really been a deviated septum. Secondly, she looks pretty happy and I'm glad to see our favorite friend smiling and in the spotlight again.

Jen made an appearance this weekend at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival for her latest directing stint in the short film 'Room 10.'
