How Jennifer Aniston Got Over Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston’s and Brad Pitt’s marriage may be long over but that’s not stopping Jennifer Aniston from talking about her high profile divorce…well at least how she got over that ordeal. The "Friends" star credits regular yoga sessions to helping her mind and body back in shape after her traumatic divorce. The star worked with celebrity trainer Mandy Ingber to develop a routine that would help get her back in top form.
Jennifer tells Self magazine she had "emotions she needed to move" before starting yoga, adding, "I was in need of being scooped up." The star also listened to music that inspired her while doing yoga including tunes by Seal, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones and Alicia Keys. She adds, "I was crying through moves. It's good to get that stuff out. You feel like you're having a therapy session."
