Don't Hold Breath For 'Friends' Reunion

If you were a die hard ‘Friends’ fan and were waiting for a reunion, you are going to be disappointed.

Jennifer Aniston has squashed the chances of her ever being Rachel Green again in a TV special or even in the movie version of the hit show.

A source said: "There have been whispers of a 'Friends' movie for a while now, especially with the 'Sex and the City' film finally getting the go-ahead.

"But it can't happen without Jen and she thinks 'Friends' has had it's time and she should move on with her film career.

"She sees making a 'Friends' movie as a failure on her part."

Hey, if ‘Sex and the City’ can happen, so can ‘Friends.’ Kim Cattrall didn’t want to do the film either but finally accepted. I still see hope for a ‘Friends’ movie. No is never really a no in my book, it’s more like a maybe.

I dont know about a movie...but i think a special one off TV show would definately be good!!! I love friends and would love for it to be on one last time...I think Jennifer is a great actress!

I think some people need to realize that Jen was popular in her own right before Brad came into her life. If you think otherwise, you're delusional. Many young women idolized her , and yes, it was from her being on Friends. Half the country was trying to get the "Rachel haircut" for those of you who have a selective memory. She didn't need Brad to put her in the spotlight. She was already there. Plus she's never done a movie with Brad - she's always found her own projects. So it's not like she was trying to ride his coat tails! Angelina is a movie actress, Jen can do movies or TV - so who cares if she doesn't score high in the film industry - she can always get back and do a sitcom and rake in the dough. She's more diverse. She'll be just fine.

I wish she would want to do the reunion for friends she was really GREAT as Rachel but like Kathy said she probably doesn't want to contiue to be known as the TV star Rachel Green but im sure it would turn out great and I dont think their going to do those reunions of them together a lot so it would be really exciting if she would like to!!!

Rock Star- Ok Picture Perfect-Cute 7. Object of My Affection- Ok Overall her movies have been okay. Her biggest movies-earnings came from when she co-starred w/other big actors. Ben Stiler (Along Came Polly), Vince Vaugh(Breakup), and Jim Carey(Bruce Almghty). At this point, i don't think a friend reunion would hurt her.........

I don't think she's the greatest actress either, but she's not the worst. She's abt average. Anyway, I'm glad their not doing a friend reunion. Had enough of "friends". Also i find it funny that everytime there's a post abt Jen, someone has to mention Jolie. I'm sorry, but when did Brad & Jen break up? And Y R we still talking abt it? Come on people. Life goes on. Jen has been linked to two diff men since Brad. So, obviously she's doing her thang. I'm sure she gets tired of hearing all the stories abt her, Brad and Angelina. It's old news.

Jennifer is a big movie star. She's an okay actress, but she's not the greatest, at least not yet. I think the reason why she passed up on the friend's reunion is because she doesn't want to continue to be known/ typecast as the TV star Rachel Green. She wants to be a big movie star. Honestly, Jen is more famous from being married to Brad & dumped by Brad then anything else. Anyway, who cares about the friend's reunion. I certainly don't.

I wish you people would quit comparing Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie. I mean really, there's no comparison. They are two different people. Why is it that people have problem letting go of the past? Bottom line, is that not everyone is going to like Jennifer and not everyone is going to like Angelina. Don't you think it's stupid to argue over people that don't even know you, more less, don't even care about you?

Look here bitches - Yeah I'm talking to my2cents and springclean, I'M TASHA!!! I've been on this board for about 6 mos now posting along with folks like Miss Thang, la chat, letitbe and others. In fact I heard a story the other day that Angelina is upset because Brad's mom still likes Jennifer. I laughed because things like that happen when you start out wrong.
