Jennie Garth is famous because she was on the original “Beverly Hills, 90210,” but I know her as that-chick-that-is-divorcing-hot-Peter-Facinelli-from-Twilight because I was born at the same time that 90210 was being cast and 90210 references mean nothing to me. Muahahaha #GossipGirl4Ever.
Anyways, Jenni Garth turns 40 today and her new CMT reality show “Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country” debuts tonight, but unlike every other reality show on television (sans those boring ones on TLC) Garth says her new show wont be gross, racy, or scandalous.
“The show is really sweet, its not a scandalous gross reality show,” Garth says at the launch of the show.
I wonder what kind of reality shows she’s referring to? *Cough Cough* everything on MTV and Bravo.
The show features Garth and her family moving out of LA and into the central California countryside for 8 episodes.
“It shows a part of me that’s very vulnerable and real,” says Garth.
Her soon-to-be-ex-husband Peter Facinelli wont appear on the show, but Garth has previously said that the show will shed light into their separation and that she plans to be an open book.
As for the show itself, Garth calls it, “The best job I ever had because I get to wear my pajamas to work.”
“Everyone says its so strange that I’m doing a reality show. It’s not like a reality show, we kind of made our own weird thing.”
“Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country” premieres tonight at 9pm on CMT.
