Jennie Garth: My Farm Animals Helped Me Fill the Void
Moving on after 11 years of marriage isn’t easy, but Jennie Garth, the former star of “Beverly Hills 90210”, is finding solace in her split from actor Peter Facinelli.

What’s helping? According to People.com, it’s a collection of farm animals worthy of casting in the movie “Babe”, including two goats, two miniature horses, four dogs, five cats, and, of course, a pig.

Is she sure this isn’t what led to her divorce? Most men I know have a two cat maximum!

But Garth, who is premiering her new CMT show, “Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country”, says it fills a void.

"The animals give you unconditional love, and that feels good." Sure, but they also fill the void with poop!

Garth’s new show puts the focus on her tranquil farm life in Los Olivos, California with her three young daughters. Joining them on the farm is assistant Corrine, who may find the farm less than ideal after losing a bet that meant she had to suck milk straight from a cow. Yep, just like in Vegas!

"The udder tasted like warm sour cream," Corinne said. "This is the worst thing that's ever happened to me." Wait until she gets a load of that poop!

As for Garth, country living fits the bill after her break-up. "[Peter]'s doing his thing and I'm doing mine," she said. "I chose to come up here and be with the quieter lifestyle, and that's why I'm here. Getting separated has definitely been difficult, but being out here in the country has sort of made things a little easier."
