Jennie Garth is connected to the Twilight family through her husband Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle in the series. So through that, she’s been able to get the scoop on what goes on over on the set.

Last night, at the TJ Maxx Save the Children event in NYC, Jennie accidentally blabbed about something we’re sure Rob Pattinson and Kristen aren’t too happy with.

Jennie told reporters, “I can’t say [if it’s Kristen Stewart or Nikki Reed], because that would be breaking my promise to [husband Peter Facinelli], but he is dating one of them!”

Ok, we know it’s not Nikki! So that only leaves one person….Kristen! The two of them have been doing a great job of hiding their relationship, but we're catching on.

Last Thursday the rumored couple snuck into Bobby Long's concert at Hotel Cafe with Rob's close pal Marcus Foster. The group watched the performance from a curtained off area on the stage.

They later showed up together with a group of pals at the Chateau Marmont, and hung out well into the night. And as if that wasn't enough, they were spotted together again the next night catching Marcus Foster's show at Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles.

Kristen has already denied that they're dating and insists they are "just good friends," but we know better than that. It's so obvious they're dating! Are you happy they’re dating in real life?
90210 star Jennie Garth has been keeping a health secret from her fans for years--she has heart problems.

Garth was diagnosed with a "leaky" heart valve seven years ago, and is finally speaking out about it in hopes of raising awareness for heart disease.

She tells Access Hollywood, "I have a leaky valve and it’s a common thing. A lot of people have it and they don’t know they have it… (It) leaks blood.

"It’s your connection to your heart... your artery, the main artery that goes to your heart. It sort of flutters open and shut... It’s weird because sometimes when I’m resting I can feel a little weird fluttering."

Garth lost her father to heart disease last year, and is still mourning his death. She's hoping that by speaking out about her own condition, she can encourage more and more people to get regular check ups!
