Jay-Z Wants To Be The Next Donald Trump

Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z wants to become the next Donald Trump. Jigga man has been buying up tons of New York property with the intention of turning it into a hotel or art gallery.

Jay-Z reportedly paid $66 million for a chunk of land in Manhattan's Chelsea district through his company, J Hotels, and top secret planning is now underway for the project.

Jay-Z's partner Scott Shnay says, "It's a great piece of land in a great neighborhood.".

Jay-Z is one smart businessman; Trump can only reign for so long.
