Jay-Z Plans Playgrounds For NYC Kids

Jay-Z has teamed up with NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg to transform the city's playgrounds.

Together they're announcing the kick-off of Summer Streets, a program that will close seven miles of city roads from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park, changing them from congested streets into traffic-free playgrounds.

Jay-Z hopes his involvement in the charity will encourage tees to get involved in positively charged activities like this one. Wow! Jay-Z getting involved in children's events…prepping for his own little ones already?
