Jay Leno Gets Heat From Staff

'Tonight Show' host Jay Leno is getting heat from writers and staff members after failing to pay them a regular salary during the ongoing writers' strikes.

Fellow late night hosts David Letterman and Conan O'Brien have all agreed to pay their staff out of their own pockets to avoid backlash, but Leno has no such plans.

A spokesman for Leno confirmed he had not offered to pay worker's salaries, but insists that he did give out "substantial" bonuses this week.
