Javier Bardem Doesn't Think He's Sexy

"Would I be a sex symbol if I was working in a bar? No. It's because you work in movies that people want to find something special, but if you work in an office you won't be a sex symbol at all. If Brad Pitt works in an office he would be a sex symbol, no matter what. If he was a plumber, he'd be a sexy plumber."

Javier Bardem doesn't think we would find him sexy if he wasn't an actor.

When he was younger he was super hot! He made a lot of hot sexy steamy movies in the past in spain. I think that's why that sex symbol thing comes from.

He's totally right about the movie/music star equaling sexy. If Justin Timberlake worked in an office, no one would think he was hot. Same with Matt Damon. Now, even if George Clooney or David Beckham were plumbers, they'd still be sexy.

i disagree with him..he is very attractive no matter what..he didnt look like a film star in no country but i still found him very attractive..its a combination of good looks and incredible talent.
