Jason Wahler Back in Jail

Jason Wahler and the law don’t mix well. The former The Hills star has landed himself back in jail after being booked on an assault and drinking charge from August.

Jason was trying to enter a club, but the bouncer denied him entry. So instead of leaving, he took off his shoes and threw them at the guy, and then started throwing punches.

He had only 11 days left on his probation from a 2007 incident. Now he’s back to square one.

Wahler was booked in Seattle on September 25, 2009 at 12: 05 PM before being transferred to Yakima County Jail four days later.

A Seattle court official told Radaronline: “He will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior.”

80 days is 80 days though! Hopefully he’ll learn his lesson this time!
