Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler is finally being forced to pay up for a bout of violent behavior back in September 2006.

A jury in his civil trial yesterday found that Jason owes a tow truck driver $5,000 in damages stemming from that very incident.

The driver, Dario Stevenson, who is African American, claims that Jason threw out racial slurs and punched him in the face during the scandalous altercation.
