Former supermodel turned trainwreck Janice Dickinson confirms that she's had more than $100,000 on plastic surgery over the years.

Dickinson says, "I'm not addicted to plastic surgery. But I need it. I couldn't have that chicken neck thing going on, so I had a neck lift. And I had a brow lift and got my eyes done. Everything is fake about me - my tits, teeth, hair, nails - and I'm just perfect."

I don't know whether to commend her for telling the truth or slap her for being stupid enough to spend $100k on plastic surgery.
