Jamie Pressly: I'm Not a Drunk

Jamie Pressly is worried what you think of her. Which, if you’re like most people, is probably absolute indifference.

After her recent DUI arrest, Pressly’s lawyer, Rich Hutton, tells People, “She’s concerned about how the arrest will affect her image.”

She has an image? Don’t worry, Jamie. We’re still aware you’re the chick from My Name is Earl. You don’t need to keep reminding us you got arrested.

Her next hearing for the DUI is May 3.

“She’s a wonderful woman,” Hutton says. “She’s upset, but overall—aside from this—she’s doing very well.”
