Photographer Arrested For Stalking Jamie Lynn

A photographer who has been following Jamie-Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge has been arrested. In LA, he could probably get away with it, but that's not how it works down in Louisiana and Mississippi! Down south, following a celebrity's every move is called stalking.

The pap, Edwin Merino, denies ever invading the couple's space, and says he was actually just about to leave the area because he couldn't get any decent pictures of the two. But maybe the Spears' family has just had enough of this guy already. You may not recognize his name, but he's the pap that snapped the infamous photos of Britney without underwear. Such a classy guy! He's scheduled to appear in court next week. Do you think more photographers should be arrested for their stalkerish ways, or are they free to go wherever they please?
