Jamie Lynn and Baby Go Home - Jamie Lynn Spears

While big sister Britney was busy causing chaos at LAX, little sis Jamie Lynn was busy packing up to leave the hospital to start her new life with her baby.

Just two days after giving birth, Jamie Lynn left the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb with her fiancé Casey Aldridge.

The couple left the hospital in her white Range Rover around 1:40 a.m. and had to receive a police escort home. Those pesky paps never sleep!

Mother and baby are expected to lay low for a while, so don't expect to see pics of the latest Spears baby anytime soon.

im 16 and pregnat and to be honist with you guys its not all the way her falt . it could be part of the hole hollywood thing. how she gets no peace what so ever. or any attition from her mom or dad . or anyone . she grew up always having to do the right thing and always looking the way that hollywood wants her too look she never got to do things her self. and so when she met someone. she wanted to get the attition that she needs and he gave that too her and mistakes happen just get over atleast she didnt get an abortion !!! instead she took the chance of messing up her acting and whatever eles she does to rase her baby. and to be honist if you guys wanta go all aganst her then thats your falt but i bet you had your scares of thinking you were preg. at one time. shit happens. and she could have keeped it a secret from everyone got an abortion and stayed in hollywood and no one would ever know . you guys that wanta be ass holes and get bein outta shap thats your prob. not every ones fuckin perfect. she just needs love from her family and never got that . so she made a mistak so what .... shes taking care of it isnt she . shes there for it isnt she . she wont be the best mom but she will be the best mom for a 16 year old. !!!!!!!

this girl ruined all the little girls images and thoughts of her as she got preggers at such a young age. my daughter refuses to watch her shows now and was very upset by the news and didnt understand wtf this 16 year old was thinking! what a role model! seems little girls have no one anymore to look up to on tv or in hollywood. i hope her kid has colic! bad bad example for many young girl!
