After her recent DUI arrest, Pressly’s lawyer, Rich Hutton, tells People, “She’s concerned about how the arrest will affect her image.”
She has an image? Don’t worry, Jamie. We’re still aware you’re the chick from My Name is Earl. You don’t need to keep reminding us you got arrested.
Her next hearing for the DUI is May 3.
“She’s a wonderful woman,” Hutton says. “She’s upset, but overall—aside from this—she’s doing very well.”
Great. I can sleep now.

Right on the heels of getting a DUI earlier this month, she reportedly owes $637,000 in state and federal taxes. The IRS filed a tax lein on her in December. The US government tax agency also filed a $281,699 tax lien on September 8 for 2008 income taxes. And on June 21 the state of California filed a $95,080 lien in Los Angeles.

And that’s not all…rumor has it she and her husband Simran Singh have split up. They got married in September of 2009 and have a three-year old son together.
So sad! When it rains, it pours with this kind of stuff. But I’m just hoping Jaime can at least hire someone to help get her finances in order.
The personal stuff will take much longer, but we wish her the best!

Jaime and Simran said "I Do" in front of their closest friends and family members at the Dick Clark estate, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean, reports People magazine.
Jaime carried a bouquet of pink and white flowers and wore a floor-length white gown with a plunging V-neck.
Her 2-year-old son, Dezi served as ringbearer and her friend Danielle Manschulo, who originally set her up with Singh, served as matron of honor.
"I'd like to be with somebody who isn't afraid to take care of me – whether they have the same financial means as me or not," Pressly told Redbook in March.
Jaime and Simran got engaged in July. Congrats to the happy couple!

A source tells Us, "They hit a rough patch and decided to take a break. They still love each other, and Dezi is their world, but they feel this is best right now. Eric moved out three weeks ago.”
Sad, but Jaime is such a catch so we know she’ll rebound!

Jaime Pressly and her fiancé Eric Cubiche are happy just the way they are with their 8 month old Dezi, and feel no need to get married too quickly. The two were hanging out at the Pepsi Stuff launch party, where Eric also happened to be DJ for the night.
"If I could like put a ring on his finger, and have it just be like that without us just having to go through the rigmarole of throwing a big wedding and doing that whole situation – that just seems like such a production" she added of a wedding.
"My life is a production. I don't want to have to go do a whole other one that I've got to pay for."
But that doesn't mean she won't go big when the day comes. When asked about a quickie ceremony, Jaime said, "I've never done anything little in my life. I've got to do it big. When we get married, I want to be princess for a day. I want to have the dress on. I want to have the whole family."
Being a designer now, maybe Jaime could even make her own dress!

Jaime Pressly does it all, she’s on NBC’s “My Name Is Earl”, she just won a Emmy, recently became a mother and this past week she launched her Spring 2008 fashion line in Los Angeles J'AIME.
