Thousands of Fans Show up for Jade Goody's Funeral

It was a life cut too short, and thousands of fans gathered outside an English Church in London to pay their final respects to reality show star Jade Goody on Saturday.

Her casket began its journey in Bermondsey, South London, at about 8.30 a.m., with the procession crossing historic Tower Bridge before heading north to her home of Upshire, Essex, reports People magazine.

Just days after Jade Goody’s untimely death, it’s been decided that her life story is being made into a movie.

She died of cervical cancer at the age of 27, which has prompted a lot of people to start being more proactive when it comes to getting screenings.

Funeral plans have been set for 27 year-old reality show star Jade Goody, who passed away on Sunday after a long battle with cervical cancer.

Goody's funeral will be held on April 4th at Epping Forest Burial Park in North Weald. A funereal procession will depart from her home in Upshire, Essex at 12:00 GMT on Saturday April 4th, before a service at St John's Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill.
