Jada Pinkett Smith To Star In New TNT Drama

Jada Pinkett Smith has just announced she'll be starring in and executive producing a new TNT drama called Time Heals. The pilot, created by the Emmy-award winning John Masius, is set at Charlotte Mercy Hospital in North Carolina.

Jada will play Director of Nursing Nancy Hawthorne, who is always up against new challenges, whether it be treating the homeless woman in front of the hospital like a human being or trying to talk a suicidal cancer patient off the ledge.

Nancy is also recently a widow, which adds to the pressure of her character. Between that and her job, she barely has time for herself and has difficulty keeping things together. Sounds like a great show!
