There’s a new member of the Osbourne family. Jack Osbourne and his fiancée, Lisa Stelly, both 26, welcomed their first child into the world. They named the little girl Pearl. She weighed 8lbs, 6 oz. at birth.
Jack is the son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon, and starred with them in the MTV reality TV show, The Osbournes.
For Jack, it’s been a big month. He proudly announced completing 9 years of sobriety last Saturday on his Twitter account and also about becoming a US citizen, though he assured his Twitter fans, “Don't worry England I'm still British.”
Jack has been anxiously anticipating his new role as a dad. He recently tweeted, “Well today I built a stroller, fitted a car seat, and went to Home Depot to get some stuff for the house...man o man my life has changed.”
In another tweet the soon-to-be dad joked: “I'm gonna be a dad this month! That's mind boggling. They come with instructions right??”
Indeed, the entire Osbourne family has been eagerly awaiting Pearl’s big entrance.
"He's very nervous -- but nervous-excited," his mother Sharon, 59, told Us Weekly. "He'll be a very good dad. I think he'll be very strict, but he'll be a very good dad."
Jack’s sister Kelly took to Twitter to spread the news, saying, “I am one proud Auntie!”
