Jack Nicholson has just put his Aspen, Colorado home on the market for $15 million. Aspen? Yup, it’s like Hollywood with snow. It’s where all the celebs go to/live in the wintertime, especially if they don’t have a home in Sundance.
Realtor.com is reporting that the actor’s home was once added to the National Register of Historic place in 1987 and has eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, and sits atop Hallam Lake on the Aspen ski resort.
There is also something called a carriage house attached to the home, but I’m going to put this into Hollywood terms that I understand and call it the guest house. The home even has a little dog house! Cute.
This isn’t a sprawling LA-style mansion. Even with it’s eight bedrooms, it looks like a compact and quaint old Victorian style home. It boasts green gables, 2 ½ stories, a large front porch and sits on 12,000 square foot lot.
The last time Nicholson was seen in the mountain town was in December, but apparently he’s had enough of Colorado and is packing up.
