Jack Black: Clogs Jack Black has a very specific foot fetish. He told Playboy: "If she's wearing clogs, that does something for me." So there is someone out there who likes clogs.

Brooke Burke: Feet So it's not just Quentin Tarantino. Burke revealed, " I like feet. I definitely have a fetish. I love to see a man's bare foot, but its got to be taken care of." Great. Now men are never going to stop wearing flip-flops.

Jack Black is officially ‘the cool dad.’

Jack Black, star of Kung Fu Panda 2, treated his son’s entire school to a private screening of the animated film before it hits theaters.

President of DreamWorks, Jeffrey Katzenberg, asked Jack if he wanted a private screening of the film for his kids and Jack said sure and brought the entire school.
NBC’s Community has just added another funny guy to their cast. According to Entertainment Weekly, Jack Black is the newest student at the community college.

He joins Joel McHale and the cast on the hit comedy this month, and plays flaky classmate who’s been stalking Jeff (McHale) and the study group.

And it sounds like Joel isn’t too intimidated by another comedian joining the show. He says, “There’s this awesome way we go back and show you that he’s been in all of our classes,” says McHale. “We just didn’t realize it.”

Black’s character tries to win over the gang with homemade lemon bars, and also serenades them with his guitar. “This character was perfect for Jack,” says McHale. “He makes so much out of every word that it was inevitable that he’d be terrific.”

Sounds creepy—exactly what we’d expect from Jack Black! Check out the episode on January 14th.
Robert De Niro, Bruce Springsteen and Mel Brooks have been given lifetime achievement awards. And this isn't just any old award--the President of the United States honored them!

The legendary entertainers were praised by Barack Obama on Sunday at the Kennedy Center Honors. They were presented with their accolades at a black-tie event for transforming the arts in America.

Obama told guests they were being honored because they were simply "the best."

He said: “These performers are indeed the best. They are also living reminders of a single truth — and I’m going to steal a line from my wife Michelle here — the arts are not somehow apart from our national life, the arts are the heart of our national life.”

Also in attendance were Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Edward Norton, Matthew Broderick and Philip Seymour Hoffman, among 300 other celebrity guests. Talk about a star studded affair!

Actress Meryl Streep was one of many stars to praise the award-winners. Speaking about Robert, she said: "Bob has earned the respect he enjoys around the world in the thousands of little bitty details.”

Congrats to the boys, you deserve it!
The hilarious folks over at Funny or Die have a new video about the controversial Prop 8--only it's hilarious instead of controversial.

Jack Black stars as Jesus Christ, who appears to the people, telling them all the things the Bible says we can and cannot do.

The message is to teach people that the passing of Prop 8 is a hateful act of our country against citizens who should have the same rights as everyone else. It’s really well done! Maybe this video should be shown when lobbyist go to Washington to reverse the proposition for good!

At a Museum of the Moving Image event on Wednesday night, big name celebrities took their turns making jokes and having fun with the guest of honor - Ben Stiller.

Diddy, Jack Black, and even Ben's own mother all got into the comedic spirit by roasting him one at a time.

P. Diddy told the room: "I put Ben in my video for 'Bad Boy for Life.' I thought he'd return the favor. But I guess I wasn't black enough to be in 'Tropic Thunder.' I'm trying not to let my animosity affect my introduction."

Jack Black talked about the task of having to find a tux for the evening saying, "The lady at Bergorf's measured my neck and said '18.5 inches? That is too big, sir.' So I walked three blocks to the big-and-tall store, where they welcomed me with beefy, open arms."

Ben's mother, Anne Meara added, "When I first met Ben I was overweight, and it was via an emergency C-section." They also included a video with funny shout-outs from Judd Apatow, Adam Sandler, and Mike Meyers. It sounds like Ben Stiller was a pretty good sport.
Kung Fu Panda was such a hit that DreamWorks has decided to do a sequel.

They confirmed today that it's already in the works and they're hoping for a release date in 2011. The film will reunite Jack Black and Angelina Jolie, and the movie will be released in 3-D, which is the new standard for all DreamWorks animation movies.

The original Kung Fu Panda grossed more than $626 worldwide, so news of the sequel isn't that surprising. In the mean time, if you missed the original in theaters, it comes out on DVD on November 9th.
The boys of Tropic Thunder are on the August cover of Entertainment Weekly talking about their upcoming flick, getting drunk on set, and some embarrassing stories. Here are some highlights from the interview...

On if they have ever came on set drunk:
Jack Black - No. I had an improv class in high school and I came stoned one time. And I was so paranoid that I never tried to f— with it again. I marvel at some people’s ability to party and then act. I’m not built that way. [Pauses] But what blows me away is how quickly someone who’s new to the industry can go from being, like [breathlessly], ”Whoa, what? I have my own trailer?! Oh my God, you guys, this is insane!” to [smugly] ”But I deserve it. And actually now I expect it.”

On stories about other actors acting like jerks:
Ben Stiller - I was directing an actress once who was taking a nap on the set and I had to gingerly wake her up. [Whispering] ”We have to film now.” ”But I’m so tired.” ”I know, but everyone’s here and we’re ready to do the scene.”

On their lack of inhibition and being in embarrassing situations on screen:
Robert Downey Jr. - I have been so wantonly, flagrantly humiliated [in my personal life] that anything that could happen as a result of a movie doesn’t even register.
