There is no question about it, NBC's The Office is a ratings powerhouse! Residing within the networks Thursday Night Line-Up, The Office seems to be the show that most audiences can relate to.
Hollyscoop recently caught up with the cast at The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for a star-studded discussion panel.
Actors like, Steve Carell, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson, & BJ Novak, all came together for a viewing of the mockumentary minions, "Inside The Office."
The event was filled with plenty of laughs and plenty of jokes. When asked why the show is such a hit, Rain Wilson jokingly explained, "By all means that’s why I was brought on the show, just for sex appeal ya know."
BJ Novak & Jenna Fischer believe that the shows success is accredited to the writers and crew. Fischer told Hollyscoop, "I think the show is a really terrific blend of writers actors and a terrific terrific crew, I can’t say enough about our crew. It’s really like the perfect storm of people."
The Office is an American adaptation of the BBC hit show, originally created by Stephen Merchant & Ricky Gervais. The Office, which was originally a 2005 mid-season replacement has had audiences laughing for years.
What's next for the brilliant minds behind the show? Executive Producer, Greg Daniels is teaming up with SNL's Amy Poehler for the debut of "Parks & Recreation," which will be appropriately delivered to us on Thursday Nights after "The Office." Now that's what we call Must See TV!
