First and foremost I want to apologize for the quality of the pictures because they were actually taken from my sidekick. My camera battery had died and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to report what I got to see this afternoon in NYC. I got to enjoy the day in the city this afternoon after a long long long week at work. While walking through 6th and 54th avenue I saw a lot of hustle. Being the nosy Hollyscooper that I am I had to see what the ruckus was all about. The entire street was closed off with NYPD guarding the perimeter. It turns out that they were actually shooting Spider Man 3. There were paparazzi anxiously waiting to capture a few photos and onlookers such as myself watching how it’s all done. I even had the opportunity to see them raise what I think was Tobey Maguire all the way to the top with a piece of string. All I have to say is OUCH; it definitely looked like it could be a tad uncomfortable for a guy.
The weather is beautiful and I did some shopping at H&M and prepared myself for tonight. We have dinner reservations at TAO tonight for some yummy yummy sushi then we will be hitting the bars/clubs. Stay tuned for some more “Nora in the City” updates coming to you live from the Big Apple.
