The family of John Graziano has finally filed a lawsuit against the Hogan family, claiming they are responsible for their son John being in the hospital.
They're claiming Linda and Hulk knew their son Nick was drinking on the day of the car crash, causing John to need medical attention for the
rest of his life.
Nick also faces charges of reckless driving with serious bodily injury. The Hogans are going to need to renew their reality show contract to pay for this one!
