Nick Bollea Will Not Plead Guilty

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea will not plead guilty in court tomorrow. He faces a felony charge of driving recklessly involving serious bodily injury.

If he's found guilty, Nick could face up to five years in prison. Do you think he'll get a fair sentence?
