Hulk Hogan to Sue Sex Video Publishers

Not cool, brother…

Following the leak of quite possibly the most disturbing celebrity sex video of all time, Hulk Hogan plans to fight back and sue if the tape of Mr. America and his lil’ piggy doesn’t come down. In other words… Hulk angry!

TMZ reports that the WWE star and his team of lawyers are currently drafting up a cease-and-desist letter to be delivered to Gawker.

The news site published a one-minute excerpt from Hogan’s sex tape along with a lengthy - and scholarly - commentary on Thursday.

As Hollyscoop reported on Thursday, The video shows a naked and – well – “firm” Hogan along with a female companion that Gawker guessed was the ex-wife of his best friend DJ Budda the Love Sponge. (No I didn’t make that name up.)

But according to Hulk’s side of the fence, the video was shot “without his knowledge or permission” and was published illegally.

A statement from the Hulk’s lawyer David R. Houston reads as follows:

"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

Hogan’s sex opus dates back to earlier this year when it was first reported that the video was being shopped around to bidders.

Gawker claims to have obtained the snippet through an anonymous source and for free...

But according to reports, Hogan plans to sue anyone and everyone who publishes the video, so it might not be around for long…

Long story short - Hurry up, kiddies… Go look at the video NOW, while you still can!
