Howard K. Stern to Be Charged With 5 Additional Felony Charges

Howard K. Stern is in even deeper water.

According to a new report, the former lawyer and boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith will be charged with five additional charges related to allegedly conspiring to administer drugs to her.

TMZ reports that the prosecutors will attempt to charge Stern during a court hearing today. Stern and Smith’s doctors, Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, are already facing six felony charges in the case.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown said in a statement in March, “These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose.

"This case is not a minor league case. Thousands of pills were put into the body of Anna Nicole Smith. The maximum sentence is several years, one count could be as high as three years, and there are 11 counts.” Stern’s attorney previously said his client will “ultimately be exonerated.”

Daniel did not do drugs. He was given pills he thought were aspirin. That's why Anna yelled "You killed my son". Howard had to keep her doped up, because he was responsible for Daniel's death.

what a truley sad story. I think that the only way he could keep control of anna was to keep her drugged . She NEVER would have married him if she had been in her right mind. Personaly i think that he was obssesed with her and she was close to leaving him, i also wonder if he actually had something to do with the sons death. though i doubt it will ever be proven
