This past weekend, the stars were out in the middle of the desert to hear performance of some of the best in music. Talk about an opening act, as the headliner of the opening night was Sir
Paul McCartney.
Paul may be 66 but this Beatle sure knows how to put on a show--he performed for the crowd for 3 hours! It was an special night for Paul since Friday marked the 11th anniversary of Linda McCartney's death, and Paul sang an emotional
My Love, which he dedicated to her.
Other performers over the weekend included Joss Stone,
M.I.A., The Cure, Public Enemy, Groove Armada, The Killers among others.
The music festival may not have had the red ropes or carpet, but it still brought in the biggest names in Hollywood. From super private couple
Reese Witherspoon and
Jake Gyllenhaal to
Agyness Deyn,
David Hasselhoff, Dita Von Teese,
Kristin Cavallari,
Carmen Electra,
Tara Reid, Kate Bosworth and the list goes on. Check out the pictures below from the festival.
