The guys who brought you Marquee in NYC and
TAO Las Vegas are back with a new lounge,
LAVO, which means to bathe in Latin. Don’t get the wrong idea though, there is no bathing involved.
The restaurant / lounge and club was inspired by “different elements of different bathhouses from Turkey, Spain France, morocco,” says owner Jason Strauss. “We brought design elements here to really give you the feel that you're in a bathhouse, but there’s no bathing.”
Hollyscoop first introduced you to LAVO when we covered the grand opening, which brought in the likes of Paris Hilton, Mario Lopez, Kevin Federline, and Will.i.am to name a few. This boutique club gives the Las Vegas strip a taste of the clubs found on the coast of the South of France.
