The Hills’ Holly Montag celebrated her 26th birthday with her closest friends at Empire Nightclub over the weekend. Kid Dangerous Grime Cotoure clothing designed 80 t-shirts especially for Holly’s birthday and sold them to partygoers for donations to breast cancer awareness.

Celebrities In Attendance Included: Holly Montag, Stephanie Pratt, Stacie Hall, Kristine Elezaj, Samantha Marq and Josh Henderson. Notice how Heidi Montag’s name wasn’t on that list. Well, we hear she refused to show up because she wasn’t being paid. Fox News reports that she and Spencer Pratt were invited, but decided against it.

A source says, "Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid. I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn’t even show up without a fee. That’s disgusting."

As for Stephanie Pratt’s DUI later that evening, a friend said it was definitely a one-time thing. "She usually doesn’t drive to parties and is always really, really careful," an insider said. "Her mother is just devastated, she is at home with her at the moment trying to lay low."

The part looked fun while it lasted though!

Wow wasn't Steph just counseling Holly about the possible problems of alcoholism and used her own past as an example? I thought part of recognizing you were an addict or alcoholic was abstaining? Where are their parents? Anyone ever see the Pratt Parents??

Hey, there's really no need for celebrities to get DUIs. They can afford cabs, they have lots of friends who should watch out for them and they can afford "Law enforcement caliber" personal breath testers. Please set the example.
