5th Annual Alfred Mann Foundation Innovation & Inspiration Gala at Vibiana in Los Angeles for Philanthropist and medical device pioneer
Alfred Mann. The foundation was founded in 1985 and is dedicated to pioneering treatment for diabetes, addressing neural muscular disorders, and restoring hearing.
"It's going to be an incredible affair, it'll be very inspiring and very enjoyable for many people," Mann told Hollyscoop.
The host of the night,
Debbie Allen, speaking about the foundation told us the foundation is important because "It's going to improve the quality of life in young people."
Spanish tenor and conductor
Plácido Domingo, who was being honored that evening, had only kind words for the Mann family and the foundation. "It's wonder [to be honored].
The Mann family is very well known for how generous they are, in many aspects. For me, to be here at the Gala, is a great pleasure and a great honor."
