Beso has been such a success, even through the recession, that the actress is going to expand her restaurant empire to Las Vegas and LAX.
Eva admits that she's "so excited about opening Beso Vegas," adding that "Vegas has the most energy in the world. It's a foodie city, which is great for us because of our menu. Everything we offer is pretty unique. Nobody in Vegas has anything similar."
Beso Vegas will officially open its doors on New Year's Eve 2010 with an exclusive event hosted by Eva, reports People magazine, but in the meanwhile, she's also working on Beso to Go!
Eva just confirmed that she'll be opening "Besitos, which are little besos," in airports, which will feature a limited menu. "We just signed the contract for the first airport and it's in L.A.," she says, "so we're really excited!" You and us both! Who doesn't love great Mexican food to go?!
