Up & Coming Hot Spots: NYC

If your going to be in the NY area and wanna party til dawn, here are some of the newest up and coming Hot Spots that you MUST check out!

G-SPA
The Hotel Gansevoort
18 Ninth Ave.
New York, NY.

The genius’ behind the new Hot Spot: Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano (Ashley Olsen’s Ex) the duo behind hip hang out Butter in the East Village, are teaming up with Jeffrey Chodorow from China Grill. The glitzy subterranean lounge will function as an actual health spa for hotel guests and the selected elite during the day and at sundown transforms into a fabulous new lounge for the rich and beautiful. Sartiano asserts that the G-SPA will serve as a “much needed” new venue for his high profile buddies. Getting in isn’t all that easy though, it’s said to be one of the toughest in town. Sartiano recruited a doorman “who nobody knows,” in order to keep the usual suspects out. If your known at Butter, you should be just fine at G-SPA, but it sure doesn’t hurt to come by with some hotties.
Celeb clientele includes: Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton, P. Diddy, Molly Sims, Ashlee Simpson, and more to come!

The Manor
73 Eight Ave.
New York, NY.

Alex Ancheta and a hush hush A-list investor teamed up for this $1.5 extreme makeover of the old Pike Elephant space in the Meatpacking District. What makes The Manor hot? Leather floors! Yes, you heard right, Leather floors! The deep pocket design also includes Brazilian walnut finishes, banquettes upholstered with Bottega Veneta calfskin and a state-of-the-art sound system that was designed by a NASA engineer! As if that isn’t enough, the VIP area has floor tiled with real 24k gold! It’s a smaller venue so make sure you’re either on the promoter’s list or your Justin Timberlake.
Celeb clientele includes: Leo DiCaprio, Mark Wahlbert, Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, and Yankee Hottie Derek Jeter

The Buddha Bar
17 Little W. 12th St.
New York, NY.

If your fortunate enough to travel abroad and have been around the party scene in Paris, you’ll recognize the name Jean Yves-Haouzi, who owns the original Buddha Bar in Paris. The haute-Parisian restaurant and lounge is a replica of the original aura—that he’s been desperately trying to kick-start since 2003. The restaurant and lounge can hold about 500 people, insiders swear it’s finally nearing a happy ending. Remember that it’s a restaurant so your best bet is to make a dinner reservation and stick around for the after party.
