Jimi Hendrix's estate is claiming the alleged sex tape is a phony! But it's still being released by Vivid. That won't be the first fake they've put out!
In a statement the estate says, "We view the release as nothing more than a callous attempt to trade on the image and reputation of a deceased artist who is unable to defend himself against such an outrageous and baseless assertion."
Vivid said they consulted with several people to authenticate the footage and can prove it's real. With the kind of technology that's available today, you could make anything real! There's no way Vivid has people smart enough to really do their homework and trace the tape back to Hendrix. Don't waste your money!
