Hilary Swank attended the Sax Fifth Avenue's Unforgettable Evening to benefit EIF's Women's Cancer Research Fund held at the Beverly Wilshire last night.
The foundation presented Hilary with the 2008 Courage Award for all of her work with the charity. Hil has been sporting a new 'do lately as part of her dedication to cancer research.
She appeared on Oprah last year and cut off nine whole inches of her locks to donate to cancer patients, and is encouraging others to do the same. It's great to hear about celebrities stepping out of their comfort zone, and contributing to a cause close to their hearts. Good for Hilary for using her star power for an amazing cause.
