Hilary Duff's Gonna Lighten Up

If you, like myself, didn’t like Hilary Duff as a brunette have no fear because the starlet has decided to go back to blonde.

Duff said in a message Via her website: "Ok, Toronto is cool. I'm doing interviews all day. I wanted to let you guys know some big news first! It's springtime, the sun is out and I am going to go back to blonde. I miss it and the weather is nice and for some reason, I am going to do it!

Also, based on your feedback and input, it looks like the next video will be Danger or Stranger. We will make a definite choice this week! Because of you guys, I am still doing OK on TRL. I am planning my summer tour. It's going to be like you have never seen before. It looks like Seattle is doing a lot of kicking and screaming for me to start there. I still want to hear from you about which city to kick it off in!
