Jess, I couldn't have said it better myself! Can you imagine the number of people that are breathing down her neck and asking for money? I really wouldn't want to be in her shoes...but the fact that she is taking care of herself and her family is HUGE!!!

Good on her. She's not bragging at all, she's worked hard for her money and she's done well. Hollywood is stressful, no one will admit it but they do deserve the cash they get for putting up with all the crap and criticism that it brings along. And stop talking about charities. Who gives a damn about that, it's a personal choice. You all seem to think celebrities MUST give to charities, which is extremely rude and judgmental. There's nothing wrong with what she's said, she's just pleased. How could you find anything she's said at fault? Some people really need to pull there heads in and attempt to see the world through other people's eyes.

Whether or not she gives to charity, it seems in very poor taste to be discussing her money overload. It's one thing to say I'm glad I can take of myself and my family, it's another to say I've got so much it's scary.

I just Googled "'hilary duff' charity". I'm surprised. She does do a lot for charities. Now if she can just develop an eco-conscience and stop pining for sports cars ...
