Hilary Duff’s latest movie
Staying Cool played at The Tribeca Film Festival last night and she spoke exclusively with Hollyscoop.com about trying to keep her relationship with hockey player Mike Comrie cool while living a hot Hollywood life.
“I think that we are kinda private,” Hilary told hollyscoop.com. Though, “it’s impossible to live your life completely that way when people are waiting outside your house all the time.”
It’s also hard when “crazy things are written about you that are not true” Hilary said. So how does she deal with all the attention? “Try to let it roll of your back and be confident in your own relationship. Support each other that’s how we’ve made it work.”
Hilary is also making her acting career work. In
Staying Cool she plays a high school senior who chases after a famous actor at the prom. She also just filmed an episode of
Law & Order: SVU and has
The Story of Bonnie and Clyde shooting in a few months.
